We are a growing microbrewery located in Nashville, TN, dedicated to producing high-quality and innovative craft beers. As our Bartender, you will be the face of our brewery and play a key role in educating customers on our beers and ensuring they have an enjoyable and memorable visit.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude, and provide excellent customer service Serve beer and provide detailed information on beer styles, pairings, and the history of Marble Fox Brewing Company Maintain cleanliness and organization of the tap room and bar area, including glassware and bar equipment Ensure the tap room is well-stocked and properly maintained during operating hours Assist with event set-up, promotion, and execution, including live music, tastings, and private parties Work with the brewery team to ensure the timely delivery of beer to the tap room and coordinate new beer releases and collaborations Manage point of sale systems, including handling cash, processing credit card transactions, and generating reports Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media posts, event promotions, and print materials Maintain a positive relationship with customers, handling feedback and complaints, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, with some college-level coursework in hospitality or related fields preferred Passion for craft beer and experience working in the craft beer industry Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle customer feedback and complaints Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 55 pounds) and stand for long periods of time Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math skills and experience with point of sale systems preferred Willingness to learn about different beer styles, the brewing process, and the history of Marble Fox Brewing Company Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively Marble Fox Brewing Company is an equal opportunity employer and encourages applicants of all backgrounds to apply.
