We seek the best "Luchadores" (Wrestlers) to join our team.

Overview :

As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

Duties :

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when necessary
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age
• Upsell additional products when appropriate
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed

Requirements :

• Proven experience working as a Bartender in a casual dining restaurant
• Knowledge and passion for craft beer, liquor, cocktails, etc.
• Knowledge of sales techniques and cash-handling procedures
• Familiarity with POS systems, including TOAST POS, is a plus
• Understanding of retail math for inventory management
• Strong hospitality and customer service skills
• Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food-handling guidelines
• Competitive pay plus tips
• TABC Certification is a plus

Pay:

up to $10 per hour, including tips (regular pay $2.33 per hour + tips) Join our team as a Bartender and showcase your mixology skills while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
