Job Description

Overview Join our team as a Host or Bartender, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable experiences for our guests. As a Host, you will be the welcoming face of our establishment, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive. Our Bartenders craft and serve beverages with flair, manage customer interactions seamlessly, and uphold the highest standards of food safety and service excellence. These positions offer an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for hospitality with your talent for creating lively, enjoyable environments. Host Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and guiding them to their seats or bar area Manage walk-ins and provide accurate wait time estimates. Maintain organized waitlists and update seating charts to ensure smooth guest flow Escort guests to their tables, present menus, and ensure tables are properly set. Monitor table occupancy, clean and reset tables as needed, and coordinate with servers to balance table distribution Answer phone calls, provide menu information, and relay special requests or dietary restrictions to kitchen and wait staff. Bartender Responsibilities Take beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring prompt and friendly service Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining quality standards Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accurate sales records Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols Support food service operations by coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and sales tracking Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experience Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, billing, and retail math calculations Must be at least 18 years old with the ability to serve alcohol responsibly in compliance with local laws Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and appreciated!
