Duties Take and accurately process food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring swift and correct transactions. Prepare and serve drinks at the bar, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Provide attentive customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, and making personalized recommendations to enhance their experience. Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently through effective time management, ensuring prompt service during busy hours. Uphold food safety standards by handling food and beverages responsibly, adhering to proper food handling procedures, and maintaining cleanliness in all work areas. Assist with catering events or banquet functions by serving food and beverages seamlessly in a fast-paced environment. Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems like Aloha or Micros, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, preferably with fine dining or nightclub environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations for billing and sales transactions confidently. Previous banquet, catering, or retail math experience is a plus.
