As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing excellent hospitality, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of drinks, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary. Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Operate the POS system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Handle cash and perform basic retail math for accurate transactions. Skills Proficient in bartending techniques with knowledge of various drink recipes. Strong food handling skills and understanding of food safety practices. Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management. Knowledge of brewing processes is a plus for establishments serving craft beers.
