Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Bartender and become the heartbeat of our lively venue! Whether you're mixing cocktails at a bustling nightclub or serving at elegant banquets, your enthusiasm and expertise will elevate our guests' enjoyment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately, providing recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience from start to finish. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties, while managing tabs and processing payments swiftly. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclubs or banquet settings, and address any concerns promptly. Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering or banquet events to ensure seamless operations. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable. Strong skills in time management to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours. Proven customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests and enhance their experience. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Experience in retail math, basic math skills for cash handling, and familiarity with hospitality industry standards. Additional experience in brewing or catering is a plus for candidates eager to expand their beverage expertise.
