Duties Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options using Toast POS systems to ensure accurate orders and efficient service Greet guests warmly as they arrive, manage reservations, and seat patrons as a host to foster a welcoming atmosphere Take food and drink orders accurately, process payments via POS systems, and handle cashiering with attention to detail and cash handling best practices Assist in food preparation or plating as a line cook when needed, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, kitchen spaces, and grounds to meet health regulations and enhance guest experience Support catering events or banquets by coordinating service flow and ensuring timely delivery of food and beverages Engage with guests proactively to promote sales of menu items while providing outstanding customer service in both fine dining and casual settings Skills Proficiency with ToastPOS for order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to juggle multiple responsibilities efficiently in busy environments Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly attitude and effective communication skills Previous experience in fine dining, nightclub venues, catering, or banquet settings is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety protocols, basic math for transactions, retail math for sales upselling, and food industry standards Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in hospitality or food service environments Familiarity with brewing processes or grounds maintenance is a plus for supporting venue aesthetics This energetic role invites passionate team players eager to deliver top-tier service while developing their skills across various hospitality functions.
