Ability to work in a team setting Great communication skills 1 year Experience is preferred Days/Evenings/Weekends May be Required Must be TABC certified Ensure guest satisfaction Go above and beyond guest expectations to provide and excellent experience Maintain knowledge of the particular characteristics and description of wine/champagne by the glass and major wines on the wine list. Maintain knowledge of designated glassware, ingredients, preparation method and garnishes for each drink. Maintain knowledge of and strictly abide by state liquor regulations, particularly those prohibiting service to minors, intoxicated persons.
