In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages and food in a lively, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality Take food and drink orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently, including processing payments and giving correct change Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in all service areas, adhering to food handling regulations Assist with setup and breakdown for events such as banquets or catering functions Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously Upsell menu items to boost sales while ensuring guests' preferences are met Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere in both fine dining and nightclub settings Follow all food safety protocols and alcohol service laws to ensure responsible serving practices Qualifications Previous restaurant or food service experience, especially in fine dining, banquet, or nightclub environments preferred Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry operations is beneficial Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift supplies as needed Join us if you're passionate about creating lively social experiences, delivering top-notch service, and working in an energetic environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
