Event Bartender/Barback

Join the team for one of the biggest weekends in the Texas Panhandle — the Dumas Rodeo! We are currently hiring bartenders for a high-energy two-day event taking place June 12-13, 2026, expected to host over 4,000 attendees. Saturday night's concert will feature Giovannie and the Hired Guns, bringing a major crowd and exciting atmosphere to the weekend. Bartenders will work within two main bars alongside an experienced event operations team. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment and a great opportunity to make strong money over one weekend.

Responsibilities:

Serve beer, wine, and mixed beverages efficiently and responsibly Set up and break down portable bar stations each day Process cashless transactions using modern POS systems Ensure compliance with all TABC and event guidelines Maintain a clean and organized workspace Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced event environment

Requirements:

Must be 21+ years old Valid TABC (Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) certification required Prior bartending experience preferred, especially in high-volume events Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs Reliable transportation to and from the venue each day Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well with a team Bring your smile and great energy!
