Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate food and beverage orders Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, adhering to safety and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas, following strict food safety and food handling protocols Upsell menu items to increase sales while providing knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and food options Manage multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously with excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service Handle cashing out customers accurately through cashiering procedures while maintaining proper cash handling practices Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for billing, cash handling, and retail math calculations Experience in serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy hours Candidates with a background in food industry standards or restaurant experience will thrive here.
