Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly, take their orders accurately, and serve food and beverages promptly using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations. Manage cash handling transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and processing payments with precision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food handling standards. Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upsell opportunities to increase sales. Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or private parties, ensuring all catering needs are met seamlessly. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing any concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Experience Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments. Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Demonstrated ability in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to all food safety and liquor laws. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously during busy hours. Familiarity with banquet service, catering setups, retail math for sales tracking, and basic math skills for cash handling are advantageous. Knowledge of food industry standards related to food safety, food handling, and responsible alcohol service is required. A background in brewing or hospitality combined with excellent customer service skills will help you thrive in this dynamic role.
