Hiring Bartenders, Servers, Bussers, Dishwashers, Cooks, and More Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated professionals to join our dynamic team by filling all Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions. All roles are paid positions, including internships, with room for growth and development within our team. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience Manage reservations and seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Prepare, assemble, and serve food and beverages in accordance with food safety standards Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all FOH and BOH areas, including dining spaces, kitchens, and service stations Assist with food handling, prep work, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing purposes Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and food safety regulations at all times Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nights and weekends Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles preferred but not required; training provided for motivated newcomers Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs enhances your candidacy but is not mandatory Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse situations effectively Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Host/hostess experience or serving background is advantageous but open to all applicants committed to excellence in service Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable experiences through outstanding service and culinary excellence.
