The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. Experience with POS systems, along with knowledge of food safety and hospitality standards, is essential. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for billing purposes Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operation during shifts Uphold responsible alcohol service policies and verify guest identification when necessary Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere in various settings including nightclubs or hospitality venues Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures related to food handling and beverage service Qualifications Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service policies Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management (retail math) Strong communication skills and a personable demeanor suitable for diverse clientele including interactions Join our team as a Bartender where your expertise will contribute to memorable guest experiences in vibrant hospitality environments.
