Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic seasonal Server and Bartender or Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team in a vibrant dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining the standards of our fine dining establishment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take food and beverage orders accurately, providing recommendations when needed. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our high standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Adhere to food safety guidelines and regulations during food handling and preparation. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and accurate order fulfillment. Assist with bartending duties as needed, including preparing drinks for guests at the bar or tableside. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and dietary restrictions to provide knowledgeable service. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques is essential. Experience in fine dining or upscale establishments is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Bartending experience or knowledge of beverage pairings is advantageous but not required.
