Nights & Weekends RequiredDouble Shoe Men s Club is hiring experienced, motivated bartenders who thrive in a fast-paced nightlife environment. We re looking for individuals who can handle volume, stay professional under pressure, and create a great experience for customers while maximizing their earning potential.This is not a low-energy bar position. We need people who move fast, communicate well, and take pride in providing excellent service.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar areaProvide exceptional customer service in a high-volume environmentProcess transactions accurately and responsiblyWork closely with barbacks, security, management, DJs, and entertainers to maintain smooth operationsFollow all Texas alcohol service laws and company policiesMaintain professionalism and composure during busy shiftsRequirements:
Must be 21+ years oldBartending experience preferred (nightlife experience is a plus)Strong communication and customer service skillsAbility to multitask and perform in a fast-paced environmentReliable transportation and dependable attendanceProfessional appearance and attitude requiredMust be able to work evenings, weekends, and peak hoursWhat We Offer:
