Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer questions confidently. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times. Monitor alcohol consumption responsibly and adhere to legal drinking age regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, perform cashiering duties, and balance registers at shift end. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked by monitoring inventory levels regularly. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Uphold high standards of hospitality in lively environments like nightclubs or food festivals, creating a fun yet safe atmosphere. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order management. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly during busy hours. Demonstrated ability in sales techniques to upsell beverages and promote specials effectively. Prior experience in food service or retail math ensures accurate cash handling and inventory control. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling practices is required. Experience working in the food industry with catering or large event setups is advantageous. Excellent customer service skills combined with a lively personality that energizes the environment.
