Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced cocktail lounge environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position requires a strong commitment to hospitality, cleanliness, and teamwork, making it an ideal opportunity for individuals looking to grow within the food and beverage industry. Responsibilities Assist bartenders in preparing drinks and serving customers efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Stock the bar with necessary supplies, such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Support with bussing tables and clearing empty glasses or bottles from the bar area. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the bar environment.. Qualifications Previous experience in a hospitality or food industry role is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean workspace. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while providing excellent customer service. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the bar schedule. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
