Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible serving and prevent over-intoxication. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Uphold all food safety regulations and health standards throughout your shift. Use your time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service. Assist in setting up for nightclub or special event nights, creating an energetic environment that excites guests. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menu items to boost sales opportunities. Participate in ongoing training related to brewing techniques, new cocktail recipes, or POS system updates.
