Front of House Staff and Bartenders

Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced nightclub environment. The ideal candidates will possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for hospitality. As a key member of our team, you will create memorable experiences for our guests while ensuring smooth operations at the front of the house. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing exceptional customer service. Manage the seating arrangements and ensure efficient flow of guests. Operate the POS system for order taking and payment processing. Assist with bartending duties, including preparing drinks and serving beverages. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables and bar stations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance their experience. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Support banquet operations as needed, assisting with setup and breakdown. Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems is a plus, along with basic math skills for cash handling. Experience in bartending or food industry roles is advantageous but not required. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure are essential.
