Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote sales of drinks and related products. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, payments, and refunds swiftly while maintaining accurate cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to strict food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or banquet events, while providing excellent customer service. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages regularly to ensure smooth operations during shifts. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering or banquet services, ensuring seamless service delivery. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and food industry calculations are essential. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management. Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems; experience with cashiering is a plus. Previous hospitality experience in brewing or food service environments is advantageous; catering or banquet experience is desirable. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or late-night shifts as required in a lively nightclub or hospitality setting.
