Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing excellent customer service that enhances their experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially during busy nightclub or catering events. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during banquets or catering functions, ensuring timely delivery. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle multiple orders simultaneously during peak hours. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation techniques, POS operation, and customer service protocols. Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Proven ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining quality service. Strong knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Experience in retail math for cash handling, tipping calculations, and inventory management is advantageous. Demonstrated excellence in customer service within the food industry or hospitality sector. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends can be a plus for enhancing guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special event days such as banquets or catering functions.
