Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations and food handling protocols Handle cash transactions efficiently, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for accurate change Assist in food service when needed, including serving food at events like banquets or catering functions Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations Skills Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food industry standards Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect quickly with diverse guests Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment Experience with beverage brewing or bartending in the food service or hospitality industry is highly desirable Join our team to be part of a dynamic environment where your skills shine!
