to join our hospitality team. This role involves providing exceptional service in a social club setting. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, proficiency with POS systems TOAST, and experience in beverage service. A background in hospitality will be advantageous to deliver a seamless experience for our guests. This position offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced setting where professionalism and efficiency are valued. Responsibilities Take orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems Serve beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of customer service Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity Ensure compliance with safety standards Maintain cleanliness of the bar and dining areas, adhering to health regulations Assist in setting up for events, or special functions as needed Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, promoting sales and repeat business Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure timely service delivery Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Requirements Proven experience in restaurant, or hospitality industry; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus Proficiency with POS systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Knowledge of safety standards Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales transactions Ability to work night shifts, weekends, or special event hours as required Previous experience in serving, catering, banquet service, or brewing is desirable but not mandatory Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster guest satisfaction Join our team where your hospitality expertise can shine in a vibrant environment that values professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences.
