This role is perfect for individuals passionate about creating memorable experiences through exceptional service and craft cocktails. The ideal candidate will thrive in a lively environment, possess strong customer service skills, and have a keen eye for detail to ensure every guest feels welcomed and entertained. Previous experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly valued. As a vital part of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for mixing drinks, engaging with guests, and maintaining a vibrant atmosphere that aligns with our brand's energetic vibe. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests to create a welcoming environment, ensuring excellent customer service at all times. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness in compliance with food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately while managing tabs and processing payments seamlessly. Maintain knowledge of food safety regulations and ensure proper handling of food and beverages. Collaborate with the service team to coordinate catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions as needed. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar stations without compromising quality or speed. Uphold the venue's atmosphere by serving drinks responsibly and contributing to the overall vibe of the establishment. Experience Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred. Strong skills in sales, upselling beverages, and customer engagement are essential. Experience with food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling, retail math applications, and drink measurements accurately. Prior experience in brewing or beverage crafting is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle fast-paced environments efficiently. Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
