As a key member of our establishment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving beverages and food items. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, with experience in café or bar settings, and possess strong time management skills to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, cocktails, and soft drinks, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Aloha POS or Micros POS systems efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and food safety practices. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring compliance with health regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for sales. Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive dining experience for all customers. Uphold the establishment's standards for service excellence while promoting menu items effectively. Experience Previous experience in a barista or bar staff role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Background in food service or the food industry is advantageous, including knowledge of food safety and preparation techniques. Excellent customer service skills with an ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications are essential.
