We're looking for an experienced Bartender who enjoys working in a high-energy environment and creating great guest experiences. If you enjoy craft beer, making great drinks, and interacting with guests, you'll love working at The Brass Tap. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, cocktails, and other beverages Provide excellent guest service at the bar and tables Recommend craft beers and menu items Maintain a clean and organized bar area Operate POS system and handle payments Check guest IDs and follow alcohol service laws Work efficiently during busy shifts Requirements Must be 21+ years old Previous bartending experience required Knowledge of beer, cocktails, and bar service Ability to work nights and weekends Friendly and outgoing personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Flexible scheduling Paid training Meal discounts Fun team environment Opportunities for growth At The Brass Tap, bartenders work in a lively environment with sports, trivia nights, live music, and a great local community.
