Summary:

The Cheba Hut Bartender will be responsible for greeting custys, taking drink and food orders, making drinks (both NA and cocktails), recommending food and drinks, utilizing proper equipment and ingredients, cleaning, lobby love, and creating a fun and high-energy atmosphere. The Bartender will report to the Bar Manager/Bar Lead, AGM, and General Manager. They will be responsible for upholding expectations of the shop, core values, and creating a comfortable environment within the bar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment for the bar Utilize both food and drink menus Recommend signature cocktails, LTO offers, and local craft beers Utilize proper tools, equipment, and recipe cards Ring in all drink orders prior to making Create a sense of comfort with great vibes for custys Know all menu items ID all custys Familiar with local liquor laws Anticipating the custys needs Count drawer and verify money Responsible service of alcohol Refill/Stock beverage station Keep the bar, walk-in and liquor cage cleaned, stocked and organized at all times Check out other bartenders utilizing checklists

Required Experience, Skills & Abilities:
