Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and promote sales of signature drinks. Manage POS systems such as Toast POS efficiently to process orders accurately and handle card transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering strictly to food safety and food handling standards. Monitor guest behavior to ensure responsible serving practices are followed, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Restock bar supplies regularly, track inventory levels, and communicate needs promptly to management. Collaborate with team members during busy periods such as nighttime events or daytime crowds to deliver seamless service in a fast-paced environment. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality settings, especially within a nightclub, banquet, or fine dining environment. Strong knowledge of POS systems like Toast POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that encourages guest engagement. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in drink preparation and cleanliness. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service protocols. Basic math skills, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Experience in catering or retail environments is a plus; knowledge of brewing or beverage industry trends is advantageous.
