We are hiring a Bartender to be a part of a large scale bar operation, deliver exceptional guest service, and support a large bartending team during peak seasonal demand.

What You Will Do:

• Oversee bar station you are zoned to.
• Maintain high-level beverage standards, execution, and service consistency.
• Provide elevated guest service and ensure a premium bar experience at all locations.
• Uphold all cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards in accordance with local health codes.
• Assist in managing inventory levels, product presentation, and operational flow during service.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions for 9+ hour shifts.
• Communicate operational needs, staffing updates, and guest feedback to leadership. Qualifications
• 1+ years of serving or bartending experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods and maintain a high level of performance.
