Hospitality Beyond Expectations. Nueve Uno Cinco (NUC) is not a traditional bar. Our cocktail program is unlike anything else in El Paso, combining culinary techniques, modern cocktail science, and elevated hospitality to create a truly unique guest experience. We are seeking experienced bartenders who are passionate about craft cocktails and eager to work within a program that utilizes advanced preparation techniques including clarification, centrifuge, infusions, and other modern methods. What We're Looking For Proven bartending experience in a craft cocktail environment Experience with cocktail clarification and advanced ingredient preparation required Strong understanding of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques A hospitality-first mindset with exceptional guest interaction skills Attention to detail, cleanliness, and consistency Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events Responsibilities Execute NUC's signature cocktail program to exact standards Prepare clarified cocktails, syrups, infusions, and specialty ingredients Assist with cocktail batching, prep, and quality control Educate guests on our unique cocktail offerings and concepts Maintain a polished and organized bar environment Deliver an elevated guest experience from first interaction to final pour Why NUC?
