FOH team members are responsible for creating a welcoming, memorable, and high-quality dining and social environment. This role blends hospitality, efficiency, and personality—ensuring every guest feels like they've found El Paso's best hangout spot. Lead Server / Server Guide guests through the menu, make thoughtful recommendations, and ensure every detail of their dining experience is exceptional. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to deliver orders accurately and promptly. Mentor and support other servers to maintain high service standards (Lead Server). Lead Bartender / Bartender Craft cocktails, pour beverages, and maintain a clean, organized bar. Engage guests with friendly conversation and expert recommendations. Oversee bar operations, inventory, and training for bar staff (Lead Bartender). Lead Host / Host Welcome guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate seating flow. Communicate wait times clearly and keep the dining room running efficiently. Train and guide host team members to deliver consistent hospitality (Lead Host). Drink Runner Deliver beverages from the bar to guests quickly and accurately. Assist bartenders and servers in maintaining smooth service during peak times. Busser Clear and reset tables promptly to keep the dining area inviting. Support servers by refilling water, delivering bread or condiments, and maintaining cleanliness.
