You will prepare high-quality beverages, engage with guests, and contribute to a lively, social atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage POS systems for accurate order processing and cash handling Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to ensure smooth service flow Checks IDs and follows all alcohol laws and responsible service guidelines Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments with strong food handling knowledge Proficiency with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices Experience with serving in the food industry, including catering or retail settings, is highly desirable Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends TBAC and Food Handler Certification We're dedicated to creating an energetic environment where your skills shine.
