Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, creating a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tips Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor guest consumption to promote responsible drinking and handle any issues discreetly and effectively Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service during busy hours Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service requests, catering events, or banquet setups when needed Skills Proven experience in fine dining or nightclub environments with strong serving skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient transactions Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak hours Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect positively with diverse guests Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices Experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus for versatile service capabilities Basic math skills for accurate cash handling, retail math calculations, and bill splitting Bring your enthusiasm for hospitality and your expertise in food industry standards to our team!
