The ideal candidates will have a cocktails, wine and Bourbon knowledge, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Responsibilities Prepare and/or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, ensuring all equipment is properly stocked and sanitized. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items. Process cash and credit transactions accurately using the Toast POS system while adhering to cash handling procedures. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service and compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Stay informed about current drink trends, brewing techniques, and food safety practices to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous experience in the restaurant, catering, or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive dining experience for guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Experience with brewing or crafting specialty cocktails is a plus but not required.
