Willingness to learn our menu, perform opening and closing duties. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to make people feel special. You must love being around people and talking to strangers. Must demonstrate excellent time management and multi-tasking skills. Keep glasses, bar equipment, and working areas clean. Your on "stage" and visible in the dining room. Must be willing to be TABC certified and provide responsible alcohol service.
