The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and efficiently managing food and beverage orders. This role requires a strong knowledge of food and drink menus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with POS systems, fine dining, and hospitality standards is highly valued. Responsibilities Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety and quality standards. Provide attentive guest service, ensuring guest satisfaction through prompt and friendly interactions. Upsell menu items to increase sales while maintaining professionalism. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bar stations, dining areas, and service stations in compliance with food safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures. Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff when needed. Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Follow all sanitation standards for food handling and ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts. Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is advantageous. Experience in serving or bartending roles with knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service. Strong skills in time management, upselling techniques, and guest relations are essential. Background in food safety protocols, sanitation practices, and food handling standards is highly desirable. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles that involve cash handling, basic math skills, and guest engagement will be beneficial.
