Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and food handling regulations. Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies. Restock bar supplies regularly, including garnishes, glassware, and beverages, while managing inventory levels effectively. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery. Handle cash register operations with accuracy using POS systems; perform basic math calculations for transactions. Uphold high standards of hospitality by providing attentive service during busy nights at nightclubs or special events like banquets. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings; retail math skills are a plus. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order entry and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures in the food industry. Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while adhering to legal requirements and company policies. Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent customer service skills. Basic math proficiency for processing payments accurately; experience with cashiering is advantageous. Experience with catering or banquet service is preferred but not required; fine dining experience is highly valued.
