Our bartender will serve not only as a curator of exceptional cocktails and guest experiences, but also as a Bar Manager in an elevated capacity. In this role, the bartender will oversee bar operations and assume full managerial responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager. This includes supervising staff, maintaining service standards, managing inventory and bar presentation, and ensuring that every guest experience reflects the excellence Porciones is built upon. This position is critical to maintaining the refined atmosphere and operational precision that define Porciones as a premier destination for cigar and whiskey enthusiasts. Leadership, accountability, and a deep understanding of hospitality will be expected at all times. At Porciones, we are building more than a lounge—we are establishing a standard.
