About the RoleThe Happy Fresh Co. Brand Ambassador / Pop-Up Manager will be responsible for helping run local pop-ups, events, and drink activations. You will be the face of the brand when customers try our drinks. This person should be friendly, reliable, outgoing, clean, organized, and comfortable talking to people. You should enjoy being around customers, explaining products, making drinks look beautiful, and creating an experience people want to come back to. We are especially looking for someone who can eventually help us find and coordinate more pop-up opportunities at local events, schools, gyms, salons, boutiques, markets, sports events, private parties, and community gatherings.
ResponsibilitiesPop-Up & Event Work Set up and break down the Happy Fresh Co. pop-up station. Prepare and serve Colombian-inspired fresh sodas. Keep the drink station clean, organized, and sanitary. Greet customers warmly and explain the drink flavors. Take orders, handle payments, and provide excellent customer service. Help create a fun, upbeat, memorable brand experience. Requirements Track sales, popular flavors, customer feedback, and event results. Represent the brand in a polished and positive way. Follow recipes carefully and consistently. Prepare drinks with attention to taste, presentation, and cleanliness. Keep ingredients, syrups, fruit, cups, garnishes, and supplies organized. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Maintain consistency so customers receive the same great drink every time. Help identify local pop-up opportunities in Laredo. Reach out to local businesses, markets, events, schools, gyms, salons, and boutiques for possible collaborations. Help schedule and confirm pop-up events. Take simple photo/video content during events when appropriate. Help promote upcoming pop-ups through social media content ideas. Be excited to help grow a small brand from the ground up. Friendly, outgoing, and easy to talk to. Reliable and punctual. Energetic and positive. Comfortable approaching customers and starting conversations. Organized and detail-oriented. Clean and professional with food/drink handling. Good at following recipes and instructions. Comfortable working independently after training. Excited about local events, pop-ups, and brand building. Willing to help grow the business, not just show up for a shift. Social media friendly and comfortable taking simple content is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Must be located in or near Laredo, TX. Must be available for some weekend pop-ups and local events. Must have reliable transportation. Must have or be willing to obtain a Texas Food Handler Certificate. Must be comfortable standing, setting up, cleaning, and working events.
