Full Job Description Description:

The newly renovated Springhill Suites is looking for an experienced bartender to join our hotel bar team! Prepare drinks, provide top-notch guest service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all. Flexible hours available — full-time or part-time.

Requirements:

1+ years bartending experience Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Great communication and customer service skills Knowledge of Toast POS is preferred. Must be 21+ and legally able to serve alcohol (TABC preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and guest requests. Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and answering questions. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and hotel policies regarding alcohol service. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth bar and guest operations.
