Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively and welcoming atmosphere. Whether mixing cocktails, serving food, or engaging with patrons, your positive attitude will help foster a vibrant environment that keeps guests coming back. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently while handling cash and credit transactions responsibly. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about drinks and menu items, and creating a friendly atmosphere. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage multiple responsibilities including serving food, refilling drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction during busy nightclub or banquet events. Monitor alcohol consumption to promote responsible drinking and prevent over-service in compliance with legal regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during catering events, food service periods, or retail sales shifts. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; experience in the food industry is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order entry and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and managing tabs accurately. Previous experience in catering or banquet settings is a plus; familiarity with brewing or hospitality industry standards is advantageous.
