Responsibilities Prepare and serve a diverse selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with established recipes and standards Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, creating a warm and inviting environment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all tools and glassware are sanitized and stocked Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts promptly Keep track of inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and communicate supply needs to management Stay informed about new drink recipes, promotions, and bar trends to enhance the guest experience Experience Previous experience as a bartender or in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests quickly and authentically Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a lively setting Knowledge of alcohol laws, responsible serving practices, and safety procedures is advantageous Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support busy service hours Join us as a bartender where your lively spirit fuels memorable moments!
