Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the heart of the bar experience, creating memorable moments for guests through exceptional service, expertly crafted drinks, and a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Manage bar operations efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and billing Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light menu items during busy hours Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment, especially in nightclub or banquet settings Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar food service role; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours seamlessly Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating tabs accurately Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and special event shifts such as banquets or catering functions Previous experience in hospitality environments like restaurants, bars, or retail settings is preferred Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a lively atmosphere.
