Job Summary:

As a part-time Bartender at GolfSuites Lubbock, you will create a fun, energetic, and memorable experience for every guest. Bartenders are responsible for preparing beverages, providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and helping create a positive atmosphere throughout the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to GolfSuites recipes and standards Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to all guests Verify guest age and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area Accurately ring in orders and process payments Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly to guest needs Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening, closing, stocking, and cleaning duties Uphold GolfSuites standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and safety

Requirements:

!!! Previous high-volume bartending experience is required! Must have a current and unexpired Food Handler's Permit Must have a current and unexpired TABC Certification Demonstrated energy and enthusiasm Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team High level of self-awareness, integrity, and receptiveness to feedback Ability to work in varying weather conditions for extended periods Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including maneuvering stairs Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stoop and bend

Compensation:

$7.25 an hour + tip share
