Job Descriptions:

We are looking for enthusiastic bartenders to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. Good Bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations.

Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders snacks and drinks Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers' identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a server in a full-service dining establishment
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Must be a certified Food Handler in respective state and TABC certified
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressure
• Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow Team Members
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with all
