The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Manage the cash register, process payments accurately, and handle cash transactions responsibly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries or concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts. Assist in catering events as required, ensuring that all beverage needs are met efficiently. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing. Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Skills Proven bartending experience with a strong understanding of drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests. Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-energy environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs accurately. Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale systems, particularly Aloha POS is preferred. Knowledge of sales techniques to promote drink specials or upsell menu items is a plus. A background in hospitality or catering can enhance your candidacy, especially in nightclub settings.
