Full Job Description SUMMARY:

To ensure quality guest service to all guests in the hotel bar and restaurant.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following: Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to patrons. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. Maintain a clean and stocked bar area. Manage inventory and cash transactions. Ensure responsible alcohol service while adhering to hotel standards and liquor laws. Cleans tables of all glasses, silver, china, etc. during the scheduled shift. Completes all assigned side work throughout scheduled shift. Greets and continually monitors to ensure quality guest satisfaction. Assists in the set-up and break-down of tables when business demands are high. Must wear required uniform. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
