This paid position offers a dynamic atmosphere where your skills in beverage preparation, hospitality, and presentation truly shine. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and consistency Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend curated drink options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with health and safety standards Operate POS systems (Toast preferred) for accurate order processing and cash handling Ensure timely service during high-volume periods while maintaining quality and presentation Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines Assist with bar prep, inventory, and maintaining par levels Restock bar items including liquor, mixers, glassware, garnishes, and ice throughout service Prepare garnishes, juices, and batch ingredients as needed Support overall bar operations, including cleaning, polishing glassware, and maintaining station readiness Assist team members with barback responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient service Contribute to a collaborative and creative team environment Skills Proven experience in bartending or mixology, preferably in upscale or high-volume environments Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and modern techniques Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with POS systems (Toast or similar preferred) Understanding of food safety, proper handling, and responsible alcohol service Basic math skills for cash handling and accurate transactions Passion for creativity, presentation, and delivering an elevated guest experience Additional Requirements Must be at least 21 years of age Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance All candidates must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
