Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual for the position of a Part Time Bartender. Days needed will be Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and a passion for customer service. Duties Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling. Assist in brewing beverages and preparing food items as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area to ensure a welcoming environment. Support bartending duties, including mixing drinks and serving customers efficiently. Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall sales and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in cash handling and operating a cash register is preferred. Familiarity with food service operations is beneficial. Experience in bartending or brewing is a plus but not mandatory. Strong math skills for accurate transaction processing and inventory management. Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
